Overview

If you decide to unstake, it can take up to 28 days before you can claim your funds.

Before you start

You need to have a small ETH amount to cover the gas fee for the outgoing transactions.

Unstaking DOT tokens is a multi-step process involving sending several transactions to the DOT smart contracts deployed on Ethereum.

Gas fee is applied when unstaking

  1. Open Ankr Staking Dashboard.
  2. Locate the aDOTb box and click the - icon to unstake.
  3. Enter the amount to unstake and click Unstake.
  4. Enter the desired address in the Polkadot network where the DOT will be released to.

You will need to make the following interactions in your wallet:

👍 Grant access to grant access to your wallet.

👍 Approve the ANKR fee transaction.

👍 Confirm the unstaking transaction.
